Program
Netcetera LLC sends service-related text messages, including service updates, appointment confirmations, outage notices and replies to support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You can opt in through the contact form on our website, by texting us at 678.384.9300, or by telling our staff verbally. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Costs and frequency
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier's plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Privacy
Your mobile number and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Security
